Returns/Refund
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase for in-store or website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please address your returns to:

Shipping cost of the exchanged item will be at the expense of the customer and factored into the return. A Paypal request for payment for any difference in cost of item exchanged and/or shipping will be emailed to the customer and is required to be paid before return item is shipped.

Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or there is a defect in your product, please contact us immediately at inquiries@assemblyoftext.com with a photo of the damaged product. Your claim must be made within 48 hours of your parcels arrival. We will do our best to help solve the problem by sending another item your way if we deem the damage or defect to be substantial in nature.
